Point bonus programs multiply the points customers earn (x2, x3) or add a percentage on special days and golden hours.
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Points → Settings.
Under Point Bonus Programs, click Create program. This section also shows bonus points issued, orders and members affected, and revenue.
In Create bonus program, enter a Program name.
Reward
Choose one:
Multiply points: multiply the points earned by a factor, e.g. x2, x3 or a custom value.
Add extra %: add a percentage on top of the base points, e.g. +10%.
Apply on
Choose when the program runs:
Every day: all days within the program period.
Weekdays: specific days of the week, e.g. Mon, Fri, Sun.
Days of month: fixed dates each month, e.g. the 1st, 15th, 30th.
Specific dates: one or more specific dates.
To limit the program to certain hours, tick Only within a time window and set the times.
Advanced options
From date – To date: limit the program's active period.
Eligible tiers: tiers that can join. Leave empty to apply to all tiers.
Minimum order value: apply bonus points only to orders above this amount.
Priority: which program wins when several qualify at the same time.
Bonus points cap per order: the maximum bonus points a member can get per order.
Click Save to create the program. Use the toggle in the list to turn a program on or off.
While the program is active and a transaction meets the conditions, bonus points are added to the member automatically.
