1. Settings
1.1 Point calculation method
The point calculation method converts the value of an order (or a scanned receipt) into points for the member.
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Points → Settings.
Under Point Calculation Method, choose:
Fixed by amount: the amount that earns 1 point. Example: 1,000 = 1 point, so a 100,000 order earns 100 points.
Order percentage: the % of order value converted to points. Example: 1%, so a 100,000 order earns 1,000 points.
Enter the rate that suits your loyalty program.
Click Save.
Points are then calculated with this method for all qualifying transactions.
Note: with Order percentage, each membership tier can have its own earn rate. If a tier has none, the default rate here is used.
1.2 Advanced settings
Under Advanced Settings you can add rules for how points are calculated:
Point rounding: Round down drops fractional points (6.8 → 6); Round up rounds up to the next whole point (6.2 → 7).
Include delivery fee: turn on to include the delivery fee in the value used for points.
Minimum order: the minimum order value to earn points. 0 = no limit.
Point expiration: Never expire, Expire after a number of months (then enter the number of months – points expire that long after they're earned), or Expire at year end.
Click Save to apply.
2. Activity
Activity tracks members' points history – earned, revoked and redeemed.
Go to Loyalty → Points → Activity.
The list shows time, type, points, order code, staff and note.
Filter by date range and type (Earn, Revoke, Redeem), or search by note, order code or staff.
Click Refresh to update the list.
Use Activity to check and reconcile all point additions and deductions when helping a customer or reviewing a transaction.
3. Rewards (Redeem)
The Redeem tab is where you create and manage the rewards members can redeem with points on your E-Shop. It also shows the last 30 days at a glance: active redeems, distributed, used and points spent.
3.1 Create a reward
Go to Loyalty → Points → Redeem.
Click Create redeem.
Set up the following sections.
Redeem configuration
Redeem name: reward name shown to members.
Points required: points the member spends to redeem.
Display group: group the reward is shown in.
Maximum redemptions per customer (optional).
Validity
Issuance window: start and end date during which the reward can be redeemed.
Expiry after redemption: number of days the voucher stays valid after the member redeems it.
If you don't set an end date or expiry, the system defaults apply.
Reward voucher settings
This is the voucher the member receives after redeeming. You can set: discount method, discount type (% or fixed amount), maximum discount, number of vouchers, minimum bill value, required items in the bill, eligible order types, maximum number of discounted items, time window and eligible shops.
Voucher image
Upload an image to make the reward more appealing on your E-Shop. Recommended: 800 × 800 px (1:1), PNG/WebP, max 150KB. If you don't upload one, a default image is used.
Description & terms
Add a description, how to use, conditions and notes for members.
Click Save. While the reward is within its validity period, it shows on your E-Shop and members can redeem it with their available points.
3.2 Display groups
Manage groups organises rewards into groups so the reward list on your E-Shop is clearer.
Create a group
Go to Loyalty → Points → Redeem.
Click Manage groups → Create new group.
Fill in: group name (e.g. Drinks, Discount vouchers, Hot), description, icon URL, label colour, display order, and turn on Active.
Click Save.
Assign a reward to a group
In the reward list, click Edit on the reward.
Under Display group, choose the group.
Click Save.
4. Points on the E-Shop
When an order is completed, the customer earns points automatically based on the order value. Customers can check their points themselves without asking staff: they scan your QR code to open your web order page → My points, and see their current points, membership tier, exclusive offers and rewards to redeem.
Customers redeem points for vouchers under Redeem with points. Points are deducted according to the reward's cost; the membership tier does not change. Customers see their active vouchers under My offers and choose one to use on an order.
There are 2 ways to use a voucher:
Option 1: apply it in the cart when ordering on the E-Shop.
Option 2: show the QR code or voucher code to staff to apply when dining in.
At the store, when a customer shows a QR code or voucher, staff scan the QR code (if you have a scanner) or enter the voucher code under Discount to apply it to the order.
Note: each customer has their own voucher codes, so add the member to the order first before applying the voucher – otherwise the voucher code can't be found.
