Summary

The Tables page sets up seating areas (table groups), individual tables and the floor plan for each shop. This data shows on the POS so cashiers can pick a table for dine-in orders, and is used for table QR ordering.

Where to find it

Admin dashboard → POS → Tables. Choose the shop at the top left first – each shop has its own floor plan.

Tables

1. Create a table group (area)

  1. Click + Add table group.

  2. Enter the group name (e.g. "Indoor", "Garden", "Level 2") and an optional description.

  3. Click Save.

Each group has Update table layout (arrange the floor plan), a pencil (rename) and a bin (delete). Use Reorder groups to change the display order and Select to act on several groups.

2. Add a table

  1. Scroll to Table list and click Add table.

  2. Choose the Table group (required).

  3. Enter the Table number (required), Table name (e.g. "Table 1") and Seats (required).

  4. Click Save.

Add table

Filter the table list by group (All or one group). Each table shows its name, seats and a delete button. Use Reorder tables to change the order and Select to act on several tables.

3. Arrange the floor plan (layout)

  1. On the table group, click Update table layout.

  2. Drag unplaced tables onto the grid.

  3. Select a table and use the arrow keys to move it, Shift + arrows to resize, Delete to remove it from the layout.

  4. Use −/+ to zoom, Fit width to see the whole plan, or Auto arrange to place tables automatically.

"x/y tables placed" shows how many tables have a position on the plan.

4. Import / Export Excel

  • Import: download the template (.xlsx), fill in your table groups and tables, then drag and drop the file (.xlsx, .xls) to create them in bulk.

  • Export: download your current tables to Excel.

5. QR code per table

After creating tables, go to Customer app → Domain → URL per table to get each table's link/QR code. Print it and stick it on the table so customers can scan to order.

Notes

  • Tables and groups are managed separately for each shop.

  • Deleting a table group affects its tables – check before deleting.
