Summary

Connect PEKO with M-Invoice to issue electronic invoices (e-invoices) for orders automatically. Set it up in the admin dashboard under Settings → Integrations → MInvoice → Configure. Each shop (branch) is configured separately.

1. Open the M-Invoice settings

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard (merchant.heypeko.com).

  2. Go to Settings → Integrations.

  3. On the MInvoice card, click Configure.

  4. Turn on Enable MInvoice. Only one e-invoice provider can be active at a time – enabling this turns the others off.

  5. Select the tab of the shop you want to configure.

Settings → Integrations → MInvoice

2. Enter the integration details

  • MST: your business tax code.

  • Username: your M-Invoice account username.

  • Password: your M-Invoice account password.

  • Ma Co Quan Thue Cap: the tax-authority code, found in M-Invoice under System → Business information.

  • InvoiceSeries: the invoice series (symbol), found in M-Invoice under Output invoices.

  • Ma dvcs: enter VP.

M-Invoice: System → Business information (tax-authority code)
M-Invoice: Output invoices (invoice series)

Notes

  • The details must match your M-Invoice account exactly – a single wrong character or extra space will stop invoices from being issued.

  • If you have several shops, repeat steps 1–2 for each shop tab.

  • When you're done, create a test order and check the invoice in M-Invoice. If it fails, contact PEKO support.

3. Issue an invoice for a specific order

You can issue VAT invoices (M-Invoice e-invoices) on LOOP Smart POS in two ways: for a specific order (the customer wants an invoice), or in a batch for walk-in customers who don't need one, from the Shift management screen. M-Invoice must be connected first (see above).

Step 1: Open the POS app or the web version at pos.loop.vn and log in.

Step 2: Tap Xuất VAT (Issue VAT – the button is on two screens). Enter the customer's details (business or individual) and tap Xuất hóa đơn (Issue invoice).

POS: order list
POS: order detail with Issue VAT button
POS: payment success screen with Issue VAT button
POS: Issue VAT invoice form
POS: VAT invoice form – business customer
POS: VAT invoice form – details filled in
POS: invoice issued successfully

4. Issue invoices in a batch for walk-in customers

Step 1: On the POS, tap Menu (☰) → Shift management → E-invoice. The screen shows how many orders in the shift have and haven't been invoiced, with the list of order codes. Tap Xuất hóa đơn (number of orders) to issue invoices for all orders not yet invoiced.

POS: Shift management → E-invoice

Step 2: Tap Confirm. The system sends the invoices to the e-invoice provider (M-Invoice) and confirms they were issued.

POS: confirm batch invoice
POS: batch invoices issued successfully

Note: the LOOP POS screens are shown in Vietnamese.
