Summary

PEKO orders are orders customers place themselves through the customer app (web, Zalo Mini App, mobile app). On the POS, tap the second icon in the top bar of the order screen to open PEKO orders.

  • Filter by status: All, New, Placed, Ready to deliver, Delivering, Completed, Cancelled.

  • Search by order code in the search box; change the date at the top right.

  • Tap an order to see its details, then Accept or Reject.

Note: you must handle a PEKO order (accept or reject) within 15 minutes. If not handled after 15 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically.

1. Pickup orders

Once you accept the order, the kitchen is notified to prepare it. When done, tap Done preparing – the customer is told the order is ready for pickup. When the customer collects it, tap Complete to close the order.

2. Delivery orders

🇻🇳 Vietnam only (GrabExpress). Once you accept the order, the system looks for a GrabExpress driver to collect it from your store. In exceptional cases (sold out, customer changes items…), you can cancel the order whether or not a driver has accepted it. Only completed orders can't be cancelled.

The system searches for a driver up to 3 times. If no driver accepts (or the driver cancels) in all 3 rounds, the order is cancelled and you refund the customer according to your store's policy. GrabExpress fees are deducted from your General Credit balance.
