Summary
The customer app is your store's branded website/app where customers order, earn points, redeem rewards, see offers and track orders. Customers open it from your store link (e.g. your-store.peko.asia or your custom domain), a QR code at the table or counter, or the Zalo Mini App (🇻🇳 Vietnam only). This article shows what customers see, so you can guide them and know where each part is configured in the Admin dashboard.
Top bar: store logo (back to home), Menu, language picker, Notifications bell and account icon (points, Menu, Orders, Me, Membership tier, Log out).
1. Home
Banner: auto-rotating promo images.
Greeting, My points, My offers: shortcuts to the Membership page and the customer's vouchers.
Voucher strip: current offers (e.g. a free drink, 20% off).
Active orders: status of the latest order; tap to see details.
Receipt scan: customers upload a receipt photo (PNG, JPG, HEIC) to earn points – see "Receipt scan for points".
Start ordering: choose Dine-in, Take away (pickup at the counter) or Delivery. Only the methods your store has turned on are shown.
Open in Zalo 🇻🇳 Vietnam only: when opened in a browser, the app may suggest opening it in Zalo (Zalo Mini App) for easier ordering and points. Customers tap "Open in Zalo" or "Later".
2. Ordering
Tap Menu (or pick a method under Start ordering).
Choose a shop: the list shows each shop's address and distance. Tap "Choose location" to find the nearest store, "View details" for info, or "Select" to open the menu.
The top of the menu shows the order method (with a Change button) and the selected shop. Pick a category or tap the magnifier to search.
Tap an item to choose size and options, add a note and quantity, then tap "Add to cart".
The cart (on the right) lets customers edit or remove items, or clear all, and shows the subtotal. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Tap "Checkout", check the delivery/pickup details and payment method, then place the order.
Note: sold-out items show a "Sold out" label in the cart; customers must remove them before checkout.
3. Order tracking and notifications
Orders: tap the account icon → Orders. The Active tab holds orders in progress; History holds completed orders.
Order details: progress bar Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Completed; shop info (view map, call), items, discounts, total and a Contact store button.
Notifications: tap the bell to see notifications (e.g. "Order placed"); tap "Mark as read" to clear the unread count.
4. Membership, points and rewards
The Membership page (tap My points or Membership tier) includes:
Tier card: swipe to see tiers (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP); tap View details for each tier's requirements and benefits.
Points and Perks: current points (tap refresh to update) and number of perks.
Redeem with points: rewards by group, each with its points cost; grid or list view.
Redeem: tap a reward to see its details (discount, start/end time), then tap "Redeem" to use points. Redeemed rewards go to My offers.
5. My offers
The customer's vouchers, in 3 tabs: Unused, Used, Expired. At checkout, customers pick an unused voucher to apply.
6. Login and member sign-up
Guests can browse the menu and order, but must log in to earn points, get vouchers, redeem rewards and see order history. Accounts are tied to a phone number, so the first login also signs the customer up as your member.
Tap Log in at the top right (or on the Me page). If you have a welcome voucher, the window also shows a sign-up-for-welcome-voucher line.
Choose the country code, enter the phone number and tap Continue.
Enter the one-time code (OTP) sent to the phone (via Zalo ZNS 🇻🇳 or SMS) to finish.
Or tap Continue with Google / Continue with Facebook.
Once logged in, customers see their points, tier and vouchers. New customers are created as members automatically and receive a welcome gift (if configured).
Note for stores: each OTP sent via Zalo ZNS/SMS is deducted from your General Credit (see "General Credit"). If credit runs out, customers may not receive the code; they can still log in with Google/Facebook. Welcome vouchers are set up in Voucher management and Membership tiers.
7. Account (Me)
