What is the E-Shop?

The E-Shop is an online sales channel that lets your restaurant take orders, manage its menu and let customers order directly.

An extra sales channel

  • Customers can order remotely through your E-Shop link.

  • Supports a range of payment methods, depending on your setup.

Lower costs

  • Run your own online sales channel and rely less on third-party delivery apps.

Flexible menu

  • Update and edit your menu whenever you need, without going through a third party.

Delivery integration 🇻🇳 Vietnam only

  • Connects with GrabExpress to help you manage deliveries and run online orders more efficiently.

How customers place an order

  1. Choose a method: on the home page, under Start ordering, choose Dine-in, Pickup or Delivery.

  2. Choose a shop and items: tap Menu, choose a shop, tap an item to pick size, options, note and quantity, then tap Add to cart.

  3. Checkout: in the cart, tap Checkout. For Delivery, enter the delivery address and a note (if any); the delivery fee is calculated here. Choose a payment method, apply an offer (if any) and tap Place order.

  4. Track the order: customers see the status on the home page (Active orders) or under Account → Orders: Confirmed → Preparing → Ready → Completed.

Notes for stores

  • You must accept or reject an order within 15 minutes, or it is cancelled automatically (see "Handling PEKO orders").

  • Customers only see the order methods, payment methods and delivery options you've turned on in Customer app → General settings.
