1. Add customers
Option 1: Add a customer manually
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Customers.
Click Add customer.
Enter: last name, first name, phone number, email, customer code, gender, birthday, note. At least a phone number or email is required.
Click Create.

Click Search to apply.
3. Points
3.1 Adjust points

The customer's available and lifetime points are updated, and the change is recorded in Points history.
3.2 Manual earn points
Use this when you need to record an order and give points for a customer – e.g. they can't scan the receipt themselves or don't have their phone.
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Customers → List.
Find the customer by phone, email or customer code and click the Statistics icon.
Open the Earn points tab and expand Manual earn points.
Fill in the order: shop, order code, order total and a note if needed.
Click Earn points and confirm.
The order is recorded and points are calculated automatically from your points settings and the customer's tier. The transaction appears in Points history.
4. Customer vouchers
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Customers → List.
Click the Statistics icon at the end of the customer's row to open their details.
Open the Vouchers tab to see the customer's vouchers, their status and when they were received.
4.1 Send a voucher
On the Vouchers tab, click Send voucher.
Search for the voucher by name or code and select it.
Add a note if needed.

4.2 Mark a voucher as used
Use this when a customer has used a voucher in store and you need to update its status.
On the Vouchers tab, find the voucher with status Unused.
Click the Unused status.
In the dialog, choose the shop where it was used and add a reason if needed.
Click Confirm. The status changes to Used.
5. Redeem
Use this to redeem a reward for a customer manually in the Admin dashboard instead of the customer doing it on the E-Shop.
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Customers → List.
Click the Statistics icon at the end of the customer's row to open their details.
Open the Redeem tab.
Under Select voucher to redeem, search by name or code and choose the reward.
Add a note if needed.
Check the voucher, points deducted, remaining points and expiry, then click Confirm redeem and confirm again.
The points are deducted and the reward voucher is created – check it on the Vouchers tab.
Note: redeeming deducts the customer's points and cannot be undone. Double-check before confirming.
6. Customer segments
Segments group customers with similar traits or behaviour, for use in customer care programs – e.g. sending offers via Automations.
Go to Loyalty → Customers → Segment to see your segments.
6.1 Create a segment
Click Create segment.
Enter a segment name and description (e.g. what it's for).
Choose the logic: All (AND) or Any (OR).
Click + Add rule and set the criteria.
Click Create.
The system finds and updates matching customers automatically.
6.2 Manage segments
Search segments by name.
Click View customers to see who's in a segment.
Click the refresh icon to update the segment with the current rules.
Edit the name, description, logic or rules.
Delete a segment you no longer need.
Note: segments are dynamic – members can join or leave as their data and behaviour change.
7. Customer activity
Go to Loyalty → Customers → Activity to see the history of customer actions and transactions: customer info, time, action type and description.
Filter by date range, action type, phone number or Member ID. Activities include sign-ups, points earned and redeemed, vouchers received and used, receipt scans, customer deletion, fraud alerts and more.
Use Activity to check a customer's history when reconciling or helping them.
