1. Program settings
The Referral program lets existing customers invite friends to become new members. When a referral succeeds, both the referrer and the new member get a reward – growing your customer base naturally.
In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Referral → Program. The top shows total referrals, total rewarded, conversion rate and reward cost.
Under Program settings, turn on Enable.
Choose a Reward type.
Reward type
Voucher: both the referrer and the new member get a voucher on a successful referral.
Points: both get loyalty points at the amounts you set.
Voucher rewards
Under Voucher template you can:
Select existing: use a Referral voucher created earlier.
Quick create: create a new voucher here – enter voucher name, discount, type (% or fixed amount) and maximum discount (for %), then click Create voucher.
This voucher is the reward for both the referrer and the new member.
Points rewards
Referrer reward: points the existing member gets for a successful referral.
Referee reward: points the new member gets after signing up via the referral link.
Points must be 0 or more.
Limits & schedule
Maximum referrals per member: how many times one member can be rewarded. Leave empty for no limit.
Start date / End date of the program.
Click Save.
Note: the program only runs when Enable is on, and changes take effect only after you click Save. Click How it works for a quick guide.
2. Referral vouchers
The Vouchers tab manages the vouchers used as referral rewards. You can:
See the vouchers used for referrals.
Click Create voucher to add one just for the program.
Check each voucher's discount type and value, status, and number used out of issued.
Click the Statistics icon for issuing and usage details.
Edit or delete vouchers.
These vouchers can be selected as the reward when the program uses Voucher rewards.
3. Referral list
Go to Loyalty → Referral → Referral list to track each referral:
Referrer: the member who shared the code or link.
Referee: the customer who signed up through the referral.
Status: whether the referral qualifies for a reward (e.g. Pending points, Rewarded).
Reward: the rewards both sides received.
Code entered: when the referral was recorded.
Rewarded at: when the rewards were issued.
Filter by search, status and date range.
Note: rewards are issued after the referee earns points for the first time. Click Refresh to see the latest status.
4. Leaderboard
Go to Loyalty → Referral → Leaderboard to see which members bring in the most referrals, ranked by:
Referrals: total referrals made.
Converted: referrals that completed and met the program conditions.
Rate: converted ÷ total referrals.
Search by name, phone or referral code to check any member quickly.
5. What customers see
In the customer app:
