1. Create a membership tier

  1. In the Admin dashboard, go to Loyalty → Tiers.

  2. Click Add tier.

  3. In Add new tier, fill in:

    • Tier name: e.g. Silver, Gold, Platinum.

    • Points required: minimum accumulated points to reach the tier.

    • Description: the tier's benefits or perks, shown on your E-Shop.

Privilege voucher

If the tier has its own offer, turn on Privilege voucher (applied automatically when an order is created). You can either:

  • Choose existing: pick a privilege voucher you created earlier.

  • Quick create: create a new voucher right in the tier form – enter voucher name, discount, discount type (% or fixed amount) and maximum discount (for % discounts), then click Create voucher.

The privilege voucher applies according to the tier's settings when the customer places an order.

Style customization

Customise how each tier looks on your E-Shop:

  • Text colour, background colour, badge colour, progress bar colour

  • Icon image: 256 × 256 px (1:1), transparent PNG, max 50KB.

  • Card background: 2400 × 1200 px (2:1), JPG/WebP, max 500KB.

The card background is the main image on the membership card in your E-Shop, so use a design that matches your brand and each tier. Check the Preview before saving, then click Create.

2. Track and rank members

On Loyalty → Tiers you can see:

  • All membership tiers

  • Points required for each tier

  • Privilege vouchers

  • Number of customers in each tier

  • Edit or delete a tier

The system automatically re-evaluates and re-ranks members by accumulated points every day at 1:00 am (UTC+7).

You can also click Ranking to re-run tier evaluation for all members at any time. A progress bar shows the re-ranking, and members' tiers are updated to match their current points. Click History to see past runs, or Import Excel to import tiers.
