Set up a new shop in 9 steps

A 9-step checklist to get a new shop running on PEKO: log in, set up your menu and POS, open online ordering and turn on your loyalty program.

Work through these 9 steps in order to get your shop ready to sell and look after customers with PEKO. Each step links to a detailed guide.

Setup steps

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard (merchant.heypeko.com) and get to know the menus: Getting to know the admin dashboard.

  2. Set up your brand, shops and users: General settings.

  3. Create your menu – categories, items, toppings, combos: Menu setup.

  4. Set up the POS: POS setup checklist, Sales channels/POS setup, POS settings.

  5. Connect printers and create tables and QR codes: USB/LAN printers, Table management.

  6. Download the POS app, log in and open a shift: What is POS?, Logging in and closing shifts.

  7. Open online ordering for customers: Customer app, Customer app design.

  8. Turn on your loyalty program: Membership tiers, Points & rewards, Voucher management.

  9. (Optional) Inventory, e-invoicing, online payments, delivery: Inventory setup (Vietnam only: M-Invoice, E-Shop payments, Grab Express).
