Summary

By default, your online store's address looks like https://yourbrand.peko.asia. Custom Domain lets you use your brand's own domain, e.g. order.yourbrand.com, so customers order through an address they recognise.

Where to find it

Admin dashboard → Customer app → Domain → Custom Domain.

Custom Domain section

Requirements

  • Custom Domain is a paid feature. If the section shows a lock icon and "Subscribe to enable this feature", click View plans & buy to subscribe.

  • You own a domain (bought from a registrar such as GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap or a local provider) and can edit its DNS.

Connection steps

  1. Enter the subdomain you want to use, e.g. order.yourbrand.com.

  2. Add a CNAME record at your domain registrar, pointing the subdomain to the value shown on screen.

  3. Wait for verification. SSL (https) is issued automatically. Once done, the domain goes live with its own QR code.

Types of links

  • Default URL: your store's general link (.peko.asia) and its QR code (PNG/SVG).

  • URL per shop: a separate link that opens a specific shop's menu.

  • URL per table: a link/QR for each table so customers can order at the table.

  • Custom Domain: replaces .peko.asia with your brand's domain.

Notes

  • Use a subdomain (order., menu., shop.) rather than your main domain, so your existing website isn't affected.

  • DNS changes can take from a few minutes up to 24 hours to take effect.

  • After connecting, reprint your QR codes if you want customers to scan to your own domain.

FAQ

A: Your current plan doesn't include it. Click View plans & buy to upgrade.

Q: Does the old .peko.asia link still work?
A: Yes. The default URL is still shown under Web URL.

Q: What is a CNAME record?
A: A DNS record that points your subdomain to PEKO's servers. Ask your domain provider for help if you're not familiar with it.
